New Farmers Insurance agency In Wyckoff NJ is looking for an experienced producer to grow their own book of business and help develop an existing book. Our office is new in the Franklin Lakes / Wyckoff area. We are looking for aggressive personnel to help in our growth of this new agency. We have a very effective training program and marketing program to maximize our market share in a short amount of time. We also have access to unlimited resources for product and systems training.

Qualifications:
oProperty & Casualty and/or Life, Accident & Health license preferred.
oMinimum 2 years Sales Experience with successful track record.
oSuccess in Prospecting, qualifying, closing and managing a customer base.
oExperience in working with other carriers products and services.
oSharp social, networking skills and organization skills.
oCollege Education or Equivalent Experience Required.
There is a salary position and is commensurate with experience which will last for 6 months as you get up and running. If you have past sales experience it only helps you earn faster!
