Kyocera Copier Technician
Job Description:
On-Site ServicePerform on-site installation, maintenance, and repairs of Kyocera copiers and printers.Diagnose technical issues promptly and provide effective solutions.Conduct preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance.Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns.Ensure exceptional customer service during service calls.Keep accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work performed.Provide end-users with training on Kyocera equipment functionality.Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years as a Kyocera copier technician.Kyocera certification (preferred but not mandatory).Technical Skills:
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing Kyocera copiers and printers.Familiarity with network printing and scanning configurations.Strong problem-solving abilities.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.Willingness to travel within NJ/NY for on-site service calls.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
