The Screener-Receptionist greets visitors entering the facility.
Documents and follows screening protocols.
Assists in answering incoming calls and referring them to the proper person and department.
Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health.
Schedule:
Part-time, Monday - Friday 1pm - 4pm.
Holiday coverage required Education:
High School diploma required.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
Qualifications:
Screener Competencies:
Monitors a tablet to enroll visitors into advanced entry kiosk.
Issues and collect visitor badges and maintains logs.
Effective critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills to navigate kiosk temperatures and/or symptoms that are positive.
Creates positive relationships and treats others with dignity and respect.
Receptionist Competencies Gives directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, or sales representatives.
Greets visitors in a polite and professional manner, and directs them to appropriate locations.
Assists Receptionist in answering telephone at switchboard, determines nature of call and transfers callers to appropriate individual or department.
