You will make BANK $$ averaging $150-$250 in tips a day, with $8.
50 hourly- BUT it comes with a lot of hard work!! You MUST HAVE a minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume cafe, coffee shop or restaurant.
You will average 115-200 lattes in an 8 hour shift, be responsible for maintaining a clean environment and a positive attitude while in the weeds.
